Wassim is a Non-Executive Director, NRC Chair and board governance advisor with over twenty years as a senior headhunter with Stanton Chase, a Forbes-ranked global executive search firm. He has spent his career at the intersection of executive search and board governance: assessing, placing and advising the people on whom governance ultimately depends.
He is the creator of the Five Pillars of NRC Governance™ framework (Nomination, Remuneration, Succession, Evaluation, Development) and the author of The Gatekeeper's Chair, the book behind the world's first dedicated NRC Chair qualification. He personally leads every GBI advisory engagement.

Karl advises GBI's leadership as a member of its advisory board and mentors executives and directors on building a board-ready personal brand, supporting GBI's Director Brand masterclass journey.
Rose Hindy
Rose coaches executives through the transition into non-executive and board roles, and supports newly appointed directors through their first mandates, including GBI's structured onboarding journeys.
Karen Saba
Karen looks after GBI's members and clients from first enquiry to enrollment, guiding directors to the right program, membership tier or advisory conversation.
Marwa Latif
Marwa supports members and enterprise clients across the GCC, coordinating program delivery and making sure every engagement runs the way it was promised.
Maya Boutros
Maya manages client relationships and member experience, from onboarding new members to supporting boards through their advisory engagements with GBI.
